Launch game and connect to your running ark server
Use Console (TAB key) :
cheat saveworld
cheat destroywilddinos
cheat saveworld
Exit game and connect to your linux server
stop server with : ./arkserver sp

* Install MOD into a windows client
Install MOD on client via steam page http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=663332507
Launch a localhost single player with MOD activated
Exit game
With winscp :
copy E:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonARKShooterGameContentMods663332507
and E:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonARKShooterGameContentMods663332507.mod
into the linux server at LinuxGSM/ARKSurvivalEvolved/serverfiles/ShooterGame/Content/Mods/

* Active MOD on linux server
cd LinuxGSM/ARKSurvivalEvolved
Edit serverfiles/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/GameUserSettings.ini
[ServerSettings]
ActiveMods=663332507
start server : ./arkserver st
check server : ./arkserver dt

* Launch ARK client
Other players that will join the server will autodownload the MOD.

To install a specific plugin, replace ID with right ID

* Save server
Launch game and connect to your running ark server
